Corporate Services Specialist
Location: Minneapolis
Job type: Full time
Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday
Total Compensation Range: $20.00 - $25.00

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Services Specialist to provide administrative support for all markets and departments including oversight of routine and advanced duties for corporate teams, phone answering/routing, event support, document preparation/maintenance, coordinating supply orders and other various tasks.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls throughout the organization.
- Greet associates, guests, and customers entering the corporate office and communicate with appropriate parties via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Order office supplies and business cards, and code corporate invoices for payment.
- Own event coordination including lunch orders, hotel reservations, food truck arrangements, large meeting preparations and associate social activities.
- Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate local and corporate vendors such as cleaners and vending machine services.
Requirements:
- Minimum education:
High School Diploma/GED. - Minimum two years of customer facing office experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet navigation, and Adobe.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
