Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job type: Full time

Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (exact amount may vary by experience and skills)

What You’ll Do
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls throughout the organization.
  • Greet associates, guests, and customers entering the corporate office and communicate with appropriate parties via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Order office supplies and business cards, and code corporate invoices for payment.
  • Own event coordination including lunch orders, hotel reservations, food truck arrangements, large meeting preparations and associate social activities.
  • Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate local and corporate vendors such as cleaners and vending machine services.
Requirements
  • Minimum education:

    High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years of customer‑facing office experience.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, internet navigation, and Adobe.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
