Base Pay Range

$35.00/hr - $43.00/hr

Position: Executive Master Scheduler

Location: fully on-site in Minneapolis, with potential travel to Denver

Duration: 12-month contract, with extensions

Compensation: $35-43/hr based on experience

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years within an administrative role supporting leadership teams or leadership teams that are running large transformation projects
  • Ability to manage 10+ leader's calendars at once
  • Expert with scheduling meetings across multiple leaders and communicating effectively to close communication feedback loops
  • Strong organization skills and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks at hand
  • Experience with MS Office and MS Teams required
  • Resourceful in nature and excitement to add value in an organization
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting 15+ leaders at any given time
  • Experience supporting leaders who are running large transformation projects or organizations
Job Description

An employer is looking for an Executive Scheduler for one of our top Utility companies in the Midwest. This team member will be responsible for administrative calendar/scheduling support to across 4 large programs and multiple Directors within Technology Services. Duties include scheduling, coordinating meetings and conferences amongst leadership teams and stakeholders, obtaining supplies and closing all communication feedback loops amongst the leaders.

May work on special projects. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required. We are looking for someone who is excited to add value and bring additional aspects to the role!
