WhatYou’ll Do
- Hire, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals
- Implement and maintain a structured sales process with consistent follow‑up systems
- Oversee training, onboarding, and continuous development of sales associates
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores by addressing concerns promptly
- Lead daily sales meetings, CRM usage, and team accountability
- Review and approve customer deals, finance terms, and trade‑in appraisals
- Work with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and sales events
- Partner with the General Sales Manager on short‑ and long‑term strategic plans
- Represent the dealership at key community and industry events (e.g., Auto Show, State Fair)
- Ensure dealership and lot presentation standards are maintained
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (preferably in automotive industry), including team leadership
- Proven ability to drive sales results while building a strong team culture
- Working knowledge of automotive finance, compliance, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- $100,000+ with competitive base salary plus performance bonuses
