As a Diagnostic Technician, you will utilize your diagnostic and communication skills to:

• Diagnose vehicles with precision
• Mentor fellow technicians
• Coach our dedicated service professionals

Your role is vital in fostering the integrity and transparency our guests expect every time they invest in their vehicles. Build trusting relationships through consistent, high-quality diagnoses and transparent education!

• Expanding your technician experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles
• Utilizing top-notch technician resources available through Christian Brothers Automotive
• Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot and identify the root causes of customer concerns
• Communicating repair options transparently with our Service team
• Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and shop organization
• Working together to exceed customer expectations and deliver extraordinary results
• Completing thorough, accurate, and visually transparent digital vehicle inspections
• Treating every guest with our “Love Your Neighbor As Yourself” level of respect

• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
• A strong desire to solve problems
• A commitment to long-term career development
• Open to both full-time and part-time availability
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them
• Proficiency in Windows-based computers
• A current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
• Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head
• Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles
• Proficient in navigating a computer
