Senior Account Manager

Location: Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area (partial in-office requirement)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and uniquely qualified Senior Account Manager to join our growing, human‑led agency. You will collaborate with top industry experts to identify, manage, and execute agency and client initiatives that deliver forward‑thinking, top‑notch customer experience solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Guide client objectives and timelines from conception through delivery
  • Dive deep to learn the client’s business, goals, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.
  • Collaborate, contribute, strategize, and support client solutions that deliver “And Then Some”
  • Develop, nurture, and grow strong client relationships, assessing client needs and proposing appropriate marketing services
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects working with cross‑functional team members that include internal and external resources
  • Negotiate changes, navigate challenges, and lead solutions
  • Share updates and results often
  • Come prepared and confidently contribute to powerful client presentations to provide insights and solutions
  • Be an active listener and guide client meetings (in person, by phone or video conference) and ensure follow up on all discussions internally and externally
  • Serve as a constant resource to the team and our clients
Required Qualifications
  • 4–6 years of client relationship management experience within a marketing/advertising agency setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communications
  • Experience with CPG, B2B, and/or B2C industries preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and the implications of technology on strategies and execution
  • Strong email CRM experience a must
  • Strong ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage workload effectively and efficiently
  • Confidently own initiatives

Salary & Compensation

Final compensation for this role is anticipated to be up to $75,000 per year.
