Title: Product Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Assignment Length: 5 months
Compensation: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour (W2)

Drive the definition, development, and launch of data- and technology-based products. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and business goals.
Responsibilities- Define and develop new product concepts and features.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to secure approvals and launch products.
- Plan and implement product strategies across multiple domains.
- Analyze markets and evaluate technologies to inform product direction.
- Develop detailed product requirements and implementation plans.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage budget or P&L responsibilities for assigned products.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Domain expertise in Merchandising and/or Supply Chain.
- Background in Product Management.
- Experience managing products in ecommerce, advertising, or digital tools.
- Familiarity with social media integrations, gamification, or upsell tools.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
