Business Analyst

Job Overview

Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a Business Analyst responsible for leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases, test and training plans. This is a team-based position that requires strong interpersonal skills.

• Works closely with product, relationship management, quality assurance, project management, and technology teams
• Conducting customer and market needs analysis, developing detail product and internet systems requirements and managing all stages of business requirements from initial research to user acceptance testing
• Be the liaison between client subject matter experts and the development team
• Identify and assist in the development of additional business opportunities within current clients, applying delivery methodology standards in the creation of solutions, understanding client tactical plans and goals and expressing business requirements in terms of the function to be performed by the solution
• Overseeing business to system knowledge management, and assisting in overall system design from user interface through backend processes

• 3 years of experience
• Previous BA experience
• Strong analytical skills, and positive attitude

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
