Role OverviewThe Affiliate Partnerships Intern supports the Chamber’s Affiliate Partnership Program
, which delivers exclusive benefits, discounts, and value-added services to Chamber members through trusted corporate and industry partners.
This role is responsible for managing relationships with existing affiliate partners
, supporting benefit fulfillment and communications, and identifying, onboarding, and expanding new affiliate partnerships that enhance member value. The intern will work closely with the Office of Corporate & Industry Relations and Chamber leadership to strengthen the Chamber’s partner ecosystem.

Affiliate Partner Relationship Management
Program Operations & Reporting
Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate Partner Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned affiliate partners.
Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure benefits are active, accurate, and delivered as promised.
Track partner agreements, benefit details, and renewal timelines.
Support partner satisfaction by addressing questions, coordinating updates, and escalating issues as needed.
Assist with recognition and visibility efforts for affiliate partners.
Research and identify potential new affiliate partners aligned with Chamber member needs.
Support outreach efforts to onboard new partners and negotiate member benefits.
Identify gaps in current offerings and propose new benefit ideas to increase member value.
Assist in expanding partnerships across industries, geographies, and service categories.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective affiliate partners and benefits.
Program Operations, Reporting & CoordinationMaintain organized records of affiliate partners, benefits, and communications.
Support development of partner-facing and member-facing materials.
Assist with tracking program performance, partner engagement, and benefit utilization.
Prepare regular summaries and updates for the Office of Corporate & Industry Relations.
Collaborate with marketing, membership, and communications teams to promote affiliate benefits.
RequirementsCurrently enrolled college student or recent graduate (all majors welcome).
Strong interest in business development, partnerships, corporate relations, or marketing.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
Professional, reliable, and comfortable engaging with external partners.
Experience with outreach, sales, customer success, or partnerships preferred but not required.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM tools a plus.
