With a strong commitment to excellence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Client Partnerships to join our team.
IntroductionThe Director of Client Partnerships role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding distribution channels for Feather lite, a STAR brand. This strategic position focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new partnership opportunities, and executing growth strategies to maximize revenue and market presence. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in channel development, relationship management, and strategic sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow the Feather lite Distribution Channel, driving aggressive annual revenue growth
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and strategic partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners in key expansion markets
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales volume, market presence, and channel performance
- Conduct regular partner outreach, visits, presentations, and sales pitches
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure distributors have what they need to succeed (pricing, product knowledge, collateral, etc.)
- Monitor sales activity, market trends, and competitive positioning within the Feather lite landscape
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and distributor meetings
- Provide sales leadership with feedback and insights to support long‑term channel strategy
- Proven success in growing resellers, dealers, or distribution networks
- Strong relationship‑building and client partnership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality and a passion for market expansion
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning high‑impact revenue goals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with strong experience
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel/distribution management
- CRM systems (Hub Spot or similar)
- Standard communication and productivity tools (Zoom, Teams, Office Suite)
- Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
