Job Description

Summary:

Faegre Drinker has an opportunity for a Client Solutions Manager to work with our Innovation team in our Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Denver, or downtown Indianapolis office. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting Faegre Drinker's client-facing solutions. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients.

Job Description:

What you would do:

* Identifies, prioritizes, and manages the implementation of client-facing solutions

* Promotes awareness and adoption of these solutions by actively engaging with colleagues across the firm.

* Evaluates tools, processes, and services that can enhance the delivery of client solutions, as well as lead proofs of concept or pilots as appropriate.

* Manages complex, multi-person projects, and timelines including defining scope, objectives, allocating resources and assigning responsibility, as well as monitor progress

* Manages the day-to-day operations of the innovation solutions team, overseeing performance, mentoring, training, and career development. Ensures team compliance with firm policies and supports adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $122,500 - $137,000.

Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location where the position is filled, in all cases consistent with applicable law.
