The Target Sales Insights Manager is responsible for understanding each client’s business to effectively identify business needs and create appropriate data solutions. This position is responsible for executing complex projects, casting vision, and forecasting. The role also provides retail context at the category, retailer, and industry levels to supplement insights and broaden each client’s understanding of key sales drivers and risks.

• Understand each client’s business and identify business needs.
• Execute complex projects and cast vision with forecasting.
• Provide retail context at category, retailer, and industry levels.

• 2–4 years of hands‑on consumer packaged goods experience working on a Target account.
• Experience synthesizing raw data from POS and syndicated databases such as Circana or Nielsen to develop actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Creative and proactive problem solver.
• Radical curiosity of retail.
• Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ownership mindset.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

• Experience using Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
• Prior forecasting experience.

The national hiring range for this position is $60,000–$80,000 annually. The role is eligible to participate in our bonus program. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, charitable gift matching, volunteer hours and more.

This role is based in Minneapolis, MN. Harvest Group does not cover relocation.
