We are seeking a strategic, facilitative Product Strategist to lead research, discovery, and alignment across cross‑functional product teams. This role sits squarely in the research and facilitation space and is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can lead a room of diverse stakeholders, and excels at guiding teams through structured thinking and decision‑making.

The Product Strategist will help shape how we approach product design and discovery, providing clarity on what we need to do, what we need to build, and how we should address complex problems. This person will play a critical role in organizing thinking, aligning stakeholders, and turning conceptual ideas into actionable direction.

• Lead and facilitate cross‑functional discovery and strategy sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs), product, design, engineering, and business partners
• Plan and run workshops, and other structured design and discovery exercises
• Guide teams through ambiguous problem spaces, helping them frame challenges, explore solutions, and reach alignment

• Strong background in product strategy, design strategy, service design, or related disciplines
• Demonstrated experience facilitating groups, leading workshops, and guiding cross‑functional teams
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and help others navigate unclear or complex problem spaces
• Excellent strategic thinking skills, with the ability to connect research, business needs, and user outcomes
• Agency experience is highly desirable, particularly for candidates accustomed to jumping into new problems and delivering strategic thinking quickly

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $65.00 - $75.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final rate will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
