** Key Position Details:
** 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)10-hour evening/night shift; four 10-hour shifts, Sunday–Wednesday nights, 8:00 PM–6:30 AMEvery other weekend rotation

* Job Description:

** Leads daily supply chain operations, advances cost-reduction initiatives, and improves operational efficiency. Collaborates with department leaders to manage labor and nonlabor expenses.  
** Principle Responsibilities
*** People Leadership and Workforce Management  + Supervises supply chain employees and outcomes relative to key performance indicators and organizational goals.  + Establishes clear performance expectations, conducts performance reviews, and provides ongoing coaching, feedback, training and development.  + Supports recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding  + Manages staffing, scheduling, time-off approvals and timecard sign-off.
* Customer and Vendor Partnership  + Manages customer and vendor relationships by negotiating service, solving problems and resolving conflict, and serves as the site representative for outside vendors.
* Operations and Continuous Improvement  + Develops, implements and improves inventory control and put-away practices.  + Identifies and implements streamlined processes to reduce errors, improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement.  + Provides change management leadership to support successful implementation and adoption of operational initiatives.
* Other duties as assigned.  
** Required Qualifications
*** Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the description
* 2 to 5 years experience in inventory, materials control, perpetual inventory systems or receiving, storage, picking and cycle counting  
** Preferred Qualifications*
* * High school diploma or GED
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or similar
* 2 to 5 years Supervisory experience preferably in a union environment  
** Physical Demands
*** Medium Work:
* Lifting weight up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 25 lbs. frequently  
** Pay Range**### Pay Range: $32.92 to $45.12 per hour### The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
