The Target Replenishment Insights Manager
is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for our clients. This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and retail partners. This role also plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of our client’s Target business.

• Works directly with clients & retailer to manage in-stock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, and supply chain compliance metrics
• Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices
• Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
• Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns.
• Responsible for assisting the with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, chargeback disputes, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations.
• This position will assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
• Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in planogram items including adds, deletes, and store count changes.
• Actively participates in weekly calls
