We are looking for a thoughtful, personable, and highly organized individual to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines client relationships, creative projects, and day-to-day business operations.

You might spend part of the day speaking with a hotel about their tea program, developing ideas for a new client presentation, and then making sure orders, inventory, and invoicing are handled accurately.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, takes pride in their work, and wants the opportunity to grow.

Contribute ideas for tea programs, presentations, menus, and service concepts for our hospitality clients.

Work with the team to develop ideas and turn them into thoughtful, memorable experiences for each property.

Manage client orders from receipt through packing, shipping, invoicing, and delivery.

Ensure every order is accurate, well presented, and fulfilled on time.

Inventory Management & Purchasing

Maintain accurate inventory records, organize stock, conduct routine counts, and monitor product availability.

Anticipate replenishment needs, coordinate approved purchases with suppliers, and track incoming tea, packaging, and supplies.

Accounts Receivable

Prepare and send client invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on overdue accounts professionally and promptly.

Operations & Improvement

Help keep daily operations organized, accurate, and reliable.

Identify potential problems before they become larger issues, communicate clearly, and look for practical ways to improve how we work.

.

You enjoy working with people and have a warm, professional presence. You are comfortable speaking with clients and can represent Ikaati confidently in conversations and meetings with hotel, restaurant, and spa operators.

You are also someone who pays attention to the details. You follow through without needing reminders, notice when something doesn't look right, and take responsibility for finding a solution.

You enjoy learning new things and are comfortable moving between different kinds of work, from client conversations and creative projects to spreadsheets, orders, and inventory.

Most importantly, you take pride in doing things well and in contributing to work that creates beautiful experiences.
