Grace Hospice is looking for a Clinical EMR Specialist, RN who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and finding better ways to work. This role is ideal for a nurse who understands clinical workflows and is excited to make an impact through EMR optimization, data, training, compliance, and technology.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a clinical and functional EMR expert
- Improve workflows, documentation, and system efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex EMR issues and recommend solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, audits, and analytics
- Support documentation quality, HIPAA, and compliance efforts
- Train and support clinical and administrative teams
- Partner with leaders and vendors on EMR improvements
- Explore AI, automation, and emerging technologies that support smarter operations
- Current RN license required
- 2+ years of healthcare software or EMR experience preferred
- Matrix Care experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Comfortable with technology, data, and process improvement
- Organized, collaborative, proactive, and eager to help others succeed
