Job Supervisor – Residential and Light Commercial Construction Minneapolis, MN | Direct Hire | $90-$110k + Project Based Bonuses

Konik is partnered with a fast-growing residential and light commercial builder known for high-quality work, strong communication, and a team-first culture. They are adding a Job Supervisor to support their expanding project load. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on-site, knows how to lead subcontractors with professionalism, and takes pride in running safe, clean, well-organized projects. As the on-site face of projects, you’ll keep jobs moving, maintain quality, and ensure every project reflects the company’s high standards.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, monitor progress, verify milestones, and provide daily updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized job site through daily safety checks, proper PPE enforcement, and immediate incident reporting.
• Complete and submit detailed daily logs, photos, and documentation through designated platform.
• Uphold a professional site environment by managing cleanliness, securing materials/equipment, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and clients.

• 3+ years of residential construction or commercial site supervision experience
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, local codes, and specifications
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Construction Online or similar job reporting software
• Leadership skills focused on accountability, teamwork, and professionalism
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• $90-$110k base salary
