• Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean‑up and moving of materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
• Assist in pouring of vertical concrete.
• Install re‑cores per instructions.
• Work during inclement weather, possibly exposed to extreme cold and heat, noise and dust from construction operations depending on the project site.

• Frequently lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds of material and up to 90 pounds of material with assistance, if requested.
• Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb.
• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• 10‑Hour OSHA Card.

• Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 6 months of formwork / concrete construction labor experience that meets or exceeds performance expectations.
• 30‑Hour OSHA Card desired.

• An hourly range for the position is $39.10 – $55.60 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
