Project Manager (Wood frame Construction)

Base pay range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year.

Location:

Minneapolis, MN (Remote opportunities available).

Based in Minneapolis, we are an established general contractor with over 70 years of experience. We’re expanding and need a Project Manager with multi‑family, senior living, hospitality and/or wood frame experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Wood frame and multi‑family experience is a must.
• Minimum 5+ years of estimating experience in a construction general contractor environment.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and industrial construction methodologies and processes.
• Proficiency in project management software, including scheduling and cost control systems.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is advantageous.
