Role Description

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Project Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in St. Bonifacius, MN. In this role, you will prepare accurate, detailed cost estimates for custom residential construction projects and support overall project planning and execution. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to analyze project requirements and manage budgets, ensuring projects align with our standards, financial goals, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate construction cost estimates.
• Analyze plans, specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Track and monitor expenses throughout project life cycles.
• Support project planning and scheduling efforts.
• Ensure estimates align with company standards and project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in construction estimating and project estimation.
• Strong skills in cost management, budgeting, and project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
• Experience with estimating software and related tools is a plus.
• Prior experience in construction estimating or project management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
