ESSENTIAL DUTIES
-
- Supervise,inspectandensureseamlessdaytodayschedulesandoperationsofemployeesandsubcontractors.
- Workwith Project Managerinassistinginthedevelopment ,monitoring,updating,communicatingtheprojectscheduleandperiodicrevisions.
Responsibleforcreatinganddistributing5weeklookaheadschedules. - Overseeworkamongtradepartnerstopromoteacoordinatedschedule/operations.
Resolveproblemsregardingprocedures,precedence,designclarificationsandequipmentschedules. - Communicatewithownersandarchitects/engineersinconnectionwithfieldissues.
Investigateandresolve. - Key Working Relationships :
Mustbeabletoworkwithgovernmentandnon-governmentpersonnelinaprofessionalandclearmanner.
Beabletoworkwithdifferenttradesandconstructionfocusestoensureaqualityenvironmentwithoutlimitingthetradesabilitytocompletework.
Mustbeabletoproperlycommunicateoverthephoneandinwritingtouppermanagementtoinclude Subcontractors,Suppliers,Onsite Staff,Owners,otherPM's,Superintendents,and Corporate
Safety. - Managetheworktoensurecompliancewithandconformstotheapprovedcontractdocuments.
- Coordinate all Construction Quality Control and Site Safetyand Health Officer (CQC/SSHO) responsibilitieswiththeassignedQCandSSHOmanager.
- WorkwithQCtoensurethatthepropermeetingsareconducted,documented,andpaperworksubmittedpercontractualobligations.
AssistQCtomonitorqualityofworkmanshiponsite. - Workwith Safety Managertoensurethatallrulesandproceduresarebeingfollowed .
Musthavethreeyears’ofDepartmentof
Defense(DOD) construction experience.
Mustbeabletomanageprojectssuccessfullytocompletion,ontimeandwithinbudget.
- Strongcomputerskillsandfamiliaritywith Microsoft Office Suiteand Share Point .
- Mustbeabletomanageprojectsof2to15millioninsize.
- Mustbeabletoobtainaccesstoa Federal Installation
Skills:
- Completionofthe Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractorscourse.
