Why Ancoats

Ancoats is a construction management firm grounded in simplicity and built with trust. We are builders, but service is our product - and the experience we create for clients is what sets us apart. We want to be more than a construction partner; we want to be the team clients trust to help them grow, solve problems, and create spaces that support their mission.

As Ancoats continues to grow, we are looking for people who want to help build something with us - people who take the lead from every seat, stay curious, own their commitments, and care deeply about the quality of the work and the relationships behind it.

Why This Role Matters

The superintendent shapes the daily experience of a project. Clear plans, a safe and organized site, thoughtful coordination, and consistent follow-through allow trade partners to do their best work and give clients confidence in the team.

We are looking for a field leader who anticipates challenges, communicates early, and takes ownership of the details. This person will work closely with project management, trade partners, owners, and design teams to deliver quality work and build lasting relationships.

Job Summary

The Superintendent leads day-to-day onsite construction operations for Ancoats commercial projects. The role is responsible for coordinating trade partners, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, managing field documentation, and resolving issues with the project team. Projects are primarily located in the Twin Cities; travel requirements vary by project.
