Ironmark Building Co. is seeking an Estimating Intern to support our Preconstruction team in Minneapolis.
You’ll help evaluate project documents, develop estimates, solicit subcontractor pricing, and assemble competitive bids during the mid-late May 2027 start window. You’ll gain hands-on experience with bid strategy, quantity takeoffs, price vetting, and estimate reviews, interacting with subcontractors, vendors, and project team members as needed.
