OverviewFallon is looking for an Associate Creative Director. We are a creatively-led agency that values smarts and meaningful ideas that add value to culture.
Responsibilities- Consistently deliver ideas superior to peers that are on strategy and creatively fresh.
- Craft presentations and stories to sell ideas and present them effectively.
- Operate with little oversight and oversee teams for projects or small brands.
- Maintain senior-level client contact and relationships and mentor internally.
- This role is often a pathway to a Creative Director position.
- Create work for social and 21st-Century platforms, with a focus on Fallon’s history of creative excellence.
- Showcase a range of award-winning, social-first projects in portfolio work, including content, campaigns, reactive moments, and activations.
- Demonstrate ability to produce internet-breaking work.
- 5+ years as a creative.
- Experience developing and leading creative for product launches.
- Strong storytelling and pitching abilities with exceptional presentation skills.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions.
- Prior creation of award-winning or breakthrough work.
- Be obsessed with creative solutions to client’s business needs and objectives.
- Lead with passion for the work; be obsessive about language and craft.
- Push the team to produce world-class work.
- Recommend and help manage staffing and compensation changes.
- Maintain professional relationships with external vendors, partners and freelancers.
- Promote agency culture and values.

CompensationCompensation Range: $127,585 - $183,330 annually. Pay is determined based on skills, qualifications and experience, with the right to modify the range. The posting notes additional details about benefits and eligibility for temporary roles and 401(k) participation where applicable.
