• Manage the editing process, ensuring the final product meets high creative standards.
• Collaborate with designers and motion graphics editors to optimize project outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of four years of professional creative experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Strong understanding of video production processes, including direction, lighting, and editing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in documentary-style video production and storytelling.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software and tools.
• Creative mindset with a focus on human-driven stories and community-centered content.

The pay range for this role is $49 - $85 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
