We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the planning and execution of various events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly and exceeds client expectations

Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring all details are handled professionally and timely.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and expectations, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Manage event budgets, tracking all expenses and ensuring adherence to financial plans.
  • Research and secure suitable venues, vendors, and suppliers, negotiating terms and contracts as needed.
  • Develop event proposals, timelines, and checklists to ensure organized execution of events.
  • Oversee event logistics, including catering, audio-visual services, travel arrangements, and on-site coordination.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a corporate or social setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in event management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
