The Minnesota Daily is looking for perceptive student writers to fill our Projects & Investigative Reporter role. This position will allow you to use what you have learned about journalism to edit and report on meaningful stories.
Week 1:
Brainstorm;
Week 2:
Pitch;
Week 3:
Check-in meeting;
Week 4:
Story one due;
Brainstorm two due. Responsibilities include pitching 1,000–1,200 word stories tri-weekly, developing ideas weekly, maintaining source contacts, and working with editors to shape angles
