Call Center Representative

Premier Disability Services, LLC® is a full‑service social security disability advocacy firm that assists individuals in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits.

Location:

Brooklyn Park, MN. Full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position. Hours Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm. Compensation: $20/hour with the opportunity to earn up to $500/month in performance bonuses.

Provide high‑quality phone support to attorney clients by following a structured process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.

• Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
• Answer incoming calls from potential clients
• Provide accurate information to clients regarding their case
• Convey the benefits of Premier Disability Services
• Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
• Active listening skills and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to handle client objections and de‑escalate challenging situations
• Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
• Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and use customer relationship management software (CRM) proficiently
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills (at least 50 WPM)
