• Answer 60-80 inbound calls from customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post appointment.
• Update customer information in internal system.
• Provide high level of customer service.

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center).

Monday-Saturday, 9am-6pm (Must be able to work Saturdays and will have one weekday off).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Golden Valley, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
