Club Manager – Com For Care Home Care (Raleigh, NC)

District Manager

Full Time / Supervisor / Exempt / Non‑Exempt
Job Summary:
Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure a positive member experience and a financially successful club.
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
- Oversee member service, ensuring all team members provide a great customer‑service experience at all times.
- Perform front‑desk tasks such as greeting and welcoming members, leading gym tours, and handling member service issues and questions.
- Support team members and club members as needed.
- Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
- Coach and counsel performance to help achieve company standards.
- Ensure prompt opening/closing of the gym.
- Ensure staff are aware of and trained on all current marketing promotions.
- Complete the manager portion of onboarding in Paycom for all new hires.
- Guarantee the club is open and staffed during all operating hours.
- Ensure self and team members implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Order supplies and track inventory.
- Customer Service:
Communicate and interact with customers—including coworkers and the public—in a way that exceeds their expectations. - Listening:

Recognize, define, and analyze problems; encourage alternative solutions and plan for resolution; seek assistance when needed. - Diplomacy:
Demonstrate tact and skill in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. - Communication:
Maintain timely and effective communication with staff, supervisors, and multiple departments to increase productivity and prevent misunderstandings.
- Honesty and a strong work ethic.
- At least one year of equivalent managerial experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Stand and walk for at least 75% of the shift.
- Talk in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.
