Customer Support Specialist – Irrigation & Landscaping

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for innovative irrigation systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose problems, and guide customers through installation and setup.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce) and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate priority cases.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with training new team members and complete quarterly projects.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong technical aptitude; proficient in MS Office, Zoom, and CRM tools.
- Excellent phone etiquette, clear communication, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Experience in irrigation, landscaping, turf management, or related industries
- DIY or hands-on skills (gardening, home projects)
- Pay: $22–$24/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (occasional Saturday remote shift)
- Location: 100% in-office (Edina area) with occasional flexibility for remote work
- Type: Direct Hire
