Qualifications- 3+ years of VIP or Concierge experience
- Excellent attendance history
- Industry knowledge and travel reservation skills to create multi‑segment, multi‑destination international itineraries
- Complete knowledge of international travel requirements, including documentation and immunization requirements
- Skilled with Sabre GDS
- Minimum four years industry experience
- Ability to meet and maintain required performance and productivity standards
- Excellent customer service skills for customer follow‑through and follow‑up
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to promote and embrace a team culture
