MN Orchestra’s Audience Services Department is seeking a Part-time Ticket Services Supervisor to supervise Ticket Service Representatives and Specialists, oversee box office operations for Orchestra Hall events, Rentals and Association sponsored events, and provide friendly, accurate service to patrons.
The role requires at least 1 year of customer service and ticketing experience, plus supervisory duties; a high school diploma and strong English communication are required.
