University of Minnesota is seeking event staff to act as ushers or ticket takers for home Gopher games. Staff will assist fans, check tickets at entry gates, and help with directions and issue resolution throughout events. This role emphasizes excellent customer service in a dynamic sports environment.
Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, work evenings and weekends, and be willing to work at the same location for each game. Prior hospitality or guest-service experience is valued.
