Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions for a Contract opportunity based in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, handles a high volume of calls with professionalism, and maintains accuracy while processing customer information. The role focuses on delivering responsive service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring each customer experience reflects a high standard of support.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and provide courteous, solution-focused assistance.

- Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify details, or provide updates.

- Enter customer orders and related information accurately into internal systems while maintaining strong attention to detail.

- Address questions, concerns, and service issues by identifying needs and guiding customers toward appropriate resolutions.

- Document conversations, transactions, and outcomes clearly to support service continuity and record accuracy.

- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a call center environment while meeting service expectations.

- Escalate complex matters when necessary to ensure timely and appropriate resolution.

- Contribute to a positive customer experience by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and strong listening skills. Requirements - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or high-volume support environment.

- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.

- Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.

- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customer needs.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while balancing accuracy and efficiency.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems during customer interactions.
