About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you'll assist customers over the phone, coordinate service appointments, and ensure a positive experience throughout every interaction. Responsibilities

+ Answer 80-100 inbound customer calls daily

+ Schedule and coordinate service appointments

+ Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after appointments

+ Accurately update customer information in company systems

+ Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally

+ Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction

+ Document customer communications and appointment details

+ Follow established call center procedures and quality standards

+ Work closely with team members and leadership to support business goals

Qualifications Required

+ 2+ years of customer service experience

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Experience working with computers and multiple systems simultaneously

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

+ Previous call center experience

+ Automotive dealership or service-related experience

+ Technical support experience

+ Experience using CRM or customer management software

Training & Schedule Training

+ Tuesday-Saturday

+ 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule

+ Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

+ Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

+ One weekday off each week

+ 40 hours per week with potential overtime

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Golden Valley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
