Customer Service Representative

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative support team. This role is responsible for assisting customers through phone and email communication, processing orders, coordinating service requests, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide customer support in both French and English through phone, email, and other communication channels.

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, service requests, product information, and order status.

+ Review and interpret purchase orders submitted in various formats.

+ Manage incoming requests through phone queues and shared email inboxes.

+ Troubleshoot order and shipment issues, including tracking and delivery questions.

+ Process customer complaints, returns, and related documentation.

+ Maintain customer records and support data updates within company systems.

+ Assist with administrative and operational support tasks as needed.

Requirements

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Comfortable navigating multiple systems, screens, and documents simultaneously.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
