Schedule:

Full-time or 3–4 Day Option

• $500,000 guaranteed compensation (potential to earn more)

• Mission-focused dentistry:
  You will dramatically reduce ER dental visits and deliver care where it is needed most
• State-of-the-art equipment: CBCT, digital imaging, rotary files, efficient anesthesia options, and modern op layouts
• Autonomy + support:
  You focus on endodontics — we handle operations, admin, and scheduling
• Guaranteed earnings:

• Provide high-quality endodontic care including root canal therapy, retreatments, emergencies, traumatic injury care, and related procedures
• Diagnose and manage pulpal pathology with compassion and efficiency
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and educate patients on care options
• Collaborate with general dentists, dental therapists, assistants, and hygienists
• Maintain documentation aligned with state, Medicaid, and clinical standards
• Uphold infection control, HIPAA, and Board of Dentistry standards

• DDS/DMD from an accredited institution
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
• Active Minnesota Dental License (or eligibility)
• Passion for serving underserved populations
