Metro Dental care – St. Louis Park, MN (Excelsior Blvd) is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team! This full‑time position offers flexible hours and a schedule designed to support strong patient relationships and education.

We schedule 60‑minute recare appointments and 90‑minute new‑patient appointments, with additional SRP procedures at the hygienist’s discretion.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Current dental hygienist license in MN and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
  • Any years of clinical experience.
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
  • Clinical needs as required by office.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
  • A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This test will be arranged during pre‑employment. Not applicable in FL & TN.
