Intermediate Architect – MinneapolisWe are seeking a creative Intermediate Architect/Designer with excellent design skills to join our Minneapolis-based studio. Minimum 5 years professional experience and strong working knowledge of Revit. This position works directly with the Minneapolis partner and collaborates with our NYC-based studio on projects.
Candidate qualifications- Minimum 6 years of professional experience; multi-family residential projects a plus
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Strong design background with the ability to develop architectural design concepts
- Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and 3DMax a plus
- Comfortable in all project phases, with knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
- Management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor architectural staff
- Experience working with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors
- Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated, collaborative, with desire to work in a fast-paced environment

SalarySalary range is $80,000 – $95,000 annually. Consideration is based on experience and skill level.
