As a Senior Recruiter, you will coordinate logistics, technology, and attendee management for events in the Twin Cities. Your role ensures seamless execution, serving as a liaison between planners, vendors, and stakeholders. You will employ tools like Workfront and CVENT to enhance processes, support event technology and provide a premium experience for attendees. This position requires problem‑solving abilities and organizational skills to manage event logistics and tackle challenges efficiently.

- Oversee event logistics and problem‑solving onsite.
- Manage event technology and attendee engagement.
- Collect and analyze event performance data.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize event workflows.
- Provide exceptional service to VIPs and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (required).
- 2‑4 years of event planning experience (required).
- Strong organization and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexible hours for event support.
- Proficiency in CVENT and Workfront preferred.
