Liaise with planners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality experiences. Support event execution, technology, and process optimizations using Workfront and CVENT tools.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will coordinate logistics, technology, and attendee management for events in the Twin Cities. Your role ensures seamless execution, serving as a liaison between planners, vendors, and stakeholders. You will employ tools like Workfront and CVENT to enhance processes, support event technology and provide a premium experience for attendees. This position requires problem‑solving abilities and organizational skills to manage event logistics and tackle challenges efficiently.

• Oversee event logistics and problem‑solving onsite.
• Manage event technology and attendee engagement.
• Collect and analyze event performance data.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize event workflows.
• Provide exceptional service to VIPs and stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (required).
• 2‑4 years of event planning experience (required).
• Strong organization and problem‑solving skills.
• Flexible hours for event support.
• Proficiency in CVENT and Workfront preferred.
