Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $32.00/hr

Key Responsibilities- Review and prepare customer artwork to meet offset web press specifications
- Create print‑ready PDF files and proofs using industry‑standard tools
- Verify that job files match client instructions and internal production tickets
- Flag issues and collaborate with customer service reps to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with plate‑making and prepress tasks for the Press Department
- Direct experience with offset web presses or in a print production/prepress role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Acrobat
- Familiarity with Prinergy and standard Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
- Excellent communication and time‑management skills
- Must be on‑site Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm (no remote work)
