Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $32.00/hr

• Review and prepare customer artwork to meet offset web press specifications
• Create print‑ready PDF files and proofs using industry‑standard tools
• Verify that job files match client instructions and internal production tickets
• Flag issues and collaborate with customer service reps to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with plate‑making and prepress tasks for the Press Department

• Direct experience with offset web presses or in a print production/prepress role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Acrobat
• Familiarity with Prinergy and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Must be on‑site Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm (no remote work)
