The Department of Dermatology at the University of Minnesota Medical School seeks an outstanding physician-scientist to join our growing academic dermatology program as an Academic Track Professor. This position is equally divided between clinical service (0.5 FTE) and research (0.5 FTE). The successful candidate will contribute to excellence in patient care, education, and innovative research aimed at advancing the understanding and treatment of dermatologic diseases.
50% of effort will be spent in a research setting – overseeing the development and completion of research projects; writing new grant proposals to secure independent funding; preparing manuscripts for publication.## Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent terminal degree.
* Board certified or board eligible in Dermatology.
* Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Minnesota.
* Demonstrated record of clinical excellence and commitment to academic medicine.
