Your Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver integrative oncology care throughout the cancer continuum, from prevention to survivorship.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of medical professionals, including oncologists, nutritionists, and palliative care experts.
- Partner with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to integrate complementary medicine.
- Participate in weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards to enhance patient care.
- Practice in state-of-the-art clinics and infusion centers across three metro locations.
- Utilize the Epic EMR system for coordinated, connected care.
- Contribute to quality improvement and peer review initiatives.
Who You Are:
Qualifications
- MD/DO (or foreign equivalent) with completion of an ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship .
- Additional training in Palliative Medicine/Integrative Oncology .
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) with ABMS/AOA; must obtain and maintain MN medical license , DEA , and NPI .
- Meet credentialing and hospital privileges criteria.
- BLS certification required within 180 days of hire.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $525,000 to $550,000 per year.
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range for a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on various factors, including experience and education.
