We're seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible nephrologists to join growing, physician-led nephrology practices with opportunities across Minnesota. From the vibrant Twin Cities metropolitan area to the beautiful communities of northern Minnesota, the state offers a variety of professional and lifestyle opportunities for nephrologists at every stage of their career.

• Manage a balanced mix of outpatient clinic, hospital consults, and dialysis rounding
• Participate in a collaborative and supportive call schedule
• Provide comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
• Work closely with primary care physicians, hospitalists, APPs, and other specialists
• Build long-term relationships with patients and referring physicians
• Opportunities may include dialysis medical directorship and involvement with home dialysis, depending on the practice
