Job Overview Fairview is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Addiction Medicine Physician to join our Recovery Services Clinic in Minneapolis. In this flexible casual outpatient role, the physician will provide high-impact care for patients with opioid and substance use disorders, leading Suboxone (buprenorphine) inductions and stabilization in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic environment dedicated to recovery and healing. Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment Opportunity to support program growth and quality initiatives

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical evaluation and management of patients with substance use disorders Deliver care for patients with co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions Collaborate with psychiatry, hospital medicine, nursing, social work, and case management teams Communicate effectively with referring providers and outpatient partners to ensure continuity of care Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and discharge planning as needed Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in alignment with quality and compliance standards Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives within Addiction Medicine Community Information Fairview Riverside University Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota is a vibrant and diverse city known for its dynamic neighborhoods, thriving arts and culture scene, abundant parks and lakes, and innovative, community‑driven spirit.
