Science Teacher .

The Science Teacher will provide a learning experience that is culturally relevant, challenging and fun. Candidates should be driven to prepare children for the future by helping them build confidence and a strong sense of self-worth. The school is especially interested in candidates with experience leading inquiry based units of study that include hands on learning such as lab science, fieldwork and student-led presentations of learning outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
LICENSURE:
Current Minnesota teaching license in content area / grade levels (preferred) OR licensure in other content area with willingness to obtain science licensure over time
- Experience teaching in an urban public school or charter school setting
- At least two years of experience with a proven track‑record of high achievement in the classroom
- Commitment to professional growth and personal development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with high expectations
