Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for Districtwide Substitute Paraprofessionals working with students.

Requirements- Must be highly qualified providing supporting documentation having 1 of the 3 listed below:
- Completed two years of study (equaling 60 or more credit hours) from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).
- Have an Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education (Transcript).
- Obtained a passing score on the MN approved assessment Para Pro or Para Educator exam, both measuring math and reading skills (Certification).
Schedule Range: .8125 FTE - .875 FTE (6.5
-7 hrs/day)
Paraprofessional Substitutes are compensated at Step 1: ($19.38). This rate applies to casual paraprofessional substitute assignments in positions involving direct student contact.
