Job Overview
The admission graduate assistant will help with recruitment of prospective students. The graduate assistant will review applications, meet with high school students, work at our Visit Day programs, and assist Admission Counselors with daily duties. Counsel and advise students and their parents about the college decision making process in order to assist them in making a college choice. For students completing the Master of Leadership Studies with the higher education track, admission is an excellent introduction to professional life in this field.
For students completing the Master of Business Administration or Master of Liberal Studies, admission demonstrates management skills in a non‑profit setting.
Admission into a graduate degree program at North Central College is required.
Note:
12-month graduate programs are not eligible.
Education/Training: A baccalaureate degree, preferably in the liberal arts, is required.

Experience:
Involvement as an undergraduate student in recruitment activities is preferred, but not required. A leadership role in campus activities as an undergraduate student is preferred, but not required.
